The participation to the conference was a great success, highlighted by a dynamic special session and an engaging booth. The project coordinator, Christophe Craeye, Université catholique de Louvain, and his team had the pleasure of connecting with many visitors who brought thoughtful and challenging questions, sparking valuable discussions.

 

At the Special Session organized by professor Zvonimir Sipus, two presentations by FITNESS partners showcased key results from the project, marking important progress :

1. Challenges in realization of curved metasurfaces (presentation by Davorin Mikulić from University of Zagreb / Sveučilište u Zagrebu) : in this paper were presented all the problems the Consortium faced in the development of curved metasurfaces, from design to realization.
2. Feeding network for sparse-array metasurface (presentation by Victor Schoofs from Université catholique de Louvain) : this paper discusses the idea of sparse and accordingly the feeding network.

 

FITNESS is now moving into its final year. Exciting milestones lie ahead! Stay tuned.
